All 4 Inclusion launches the Sunflower to support the community

All 4 Inclusion is delighted to join the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower program and begin ensuring that its volunteers receive additional Sunflower training on how to recognise and support wearers.

The charity's mission is to support people within the disability community with loneliness. Cultivating support groups and activities for those with disabilities and the wider community, including carers.

As the sessions become increasingly popular, more and more people with non-visible disabilities are joining them. This year, the All 4 Inclusion Awards are being held in person, which means there is an additional responsibility to ensure that we are doing our utmost to support them. The Sunflower helps them to do this.

Scott Whitney, Director, All 4 Inclusion, said:

"The Hidden Disabilities Sunflower is instantly recognisable. In looking at how we can support both our members and volunteers better, it was an easy choice. As we look to do more in-person events, we want to ensure people are supported as much as possible."
